At Purdue, there are a plethora of ensembles which trumpets from all different sorts of majors play an important role in.  We have jazz bands, concert bands, orchestra, marching band, summer bands, two basketball bands, and even an outstanding volleyball band.  A rather unique thing about Purdue is that all these excellent ensembles are comprised of great trumpet players of whom none are majoring in music as Purdue does not have a College of Music.  As a tribute to our great ensembles and members, Purduetrumpets.com is dedicated to representing all trumpets, past, present and future at Purdue from all ensembles and majors.
